- Empanada - Filled pastry with bell peppers, onions, Chicken or Tuna in home made tomato sauce.
- Croquetas de Jamon y pollo - Ham and Chicken croquettes.
- Croquetas de Pescado - Fish croquettes.
- Huevos Rellenos - Tuna and onion filled eggs with home made mayonnaise served on a bed of lettuce.
- Almejas a la Marinera - Clams with garlic and parsley in a white wine sauce.
- Mejillones a la Vinagreta - Steamed mussels shredded with onions and peppers served on their shell in a light vinaigrette and lemondressing, six shells.
- Tigres - Pan fried filled mussel shells with shrimp, caramelized onions, and mussels in our special béchamel sauce, six shells per order.

- Patatas Bravas - Spicy potatoes in tomato sauce.

- Pisto - Zucchini, onions, red and green bell peppers Stewed in a tomato sauce.

- Ensalada Mixta - Lettuce, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, white asparagus.
- Bonito del norte - Delicious Atlantic tuna, onions, and shredded carrots.
- Ensalada Simple - Traditional salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Spanish olives.

Paellas
All paellas are custom made to your taste and served with sliced lemons. Crab or Lobster available upon request at market price. The basic Paella is $24.00 per person.
- Paella Marina - Seafood Paella with prawns, calamari, clams, mussels, green beans, peas, and bell peppers in saffron rice.
- Paella Tradicional - Chicken and seafood paella, prawns, calamari, clams, mussels, green beans, peas, and bell peppers in saffron rice.
- Quesos Variados - Four young and aged cheeses from different Spanish regions by portion. Also available on a cheese board with fresh and dried fruits.

- Manchego - Buttery sheep’s cheese from La Mancha.
- Idiazabal - Rich Smokey Basque sheep’s cheese.
- Cabra al Vino - Buttery soft textured goat cheese cured on red wine.
